The Sun City complex is located on the first line of the sea in Kiten, surrounded by greenery and forest, next to the Southern beach.
A five-storey building with two entrances and an elevator has been built on a closed territory with a total area of 3,500 sq. m. Apartments with a variety of layouts and a studio area, with 1 and 2 bedrooms – from 67 to 131 sq. m., where everyone can choose an option for themselves. The building was put into operation – act 16.
The infrastructure of Sun City is quite diverse – controlled access and security of the territory, green manicured lawns and recreation areas, a playground, a swimming pool and a lounge area, a gym, a Jacuzzi and a sauna, public parking near the complex.
The town of Kiten is located in the southern part of the Burgas region, near such popular cities as Primorsko, Lozenets, Tsarevo. The resort town of Kiten is popular among tourists, there is a children’s camp, as well as many restaurants with Bulgarian cuisine and souvenir shops.
Burgas Airport (Sarafovo square) is only 50 km from Kiten.
