The Lily Beach complex is located in the south of Sozopol in the area of Kavatsi and Veselie Bay, next to the famous Smokinya Beach. The highlight of the complex is its architecture in the Italian style.
On a spacious territory with an area of more than 7000 sq.m. there are three buildings: Vila Rosa (five-storey), Vila Biyanka (four-storey) and Vila Orchid (five-storey). Each building has a separate entrance and a modern elevator. The total number of apartments is 111, of which 17 are studios, 80 are two-bedroom and 14 are three-bedroom with an area of 32 to 100 sq.m. The apartments look at the forest and mountains or the sea coast. The building was put into operation – act 16.
The Lily Beach complex includes a restaurant, a bar, shops, a swimming pool in the center with a children’s department, a playground and Parking outside the territory.
Just 250 meters away there is a beach with equipped places for recreation, lifeguard towers, various types of water sports and other entertainment on the beach.
